The 2nd Annual Miss Teen Africa to be held at Eastham Town Hall

Miss Teen Africa Beauty is holding her 2nd annual pageant on Saturday 10th of December 2016 at one of London’s iconic venues ‘EastHam Town Hall, E15 4BQ. The pageant won by Miss Monique Narh in its first year provides a unique platform for young women the chance to step up into the spotlight and show the world her own kind of beautiful.

This year, Miss Teen Africa will be supporting Sickle Cell & Young Stroke Survivors (SCYSS), a charity that holistically support children and Teenagers living with Sickle Cell in UK and Africa.

Our primary purpose and aim is to provide a platform to promote social cohesion, the proliferation and continuation of culture, confidence, validity, gender equality, empowerment of women and social inclusion amongst young women of African heritage which has earned us 2016 Beffta nomination for best beauty pageant.

Miss Teen Africa Beauty Pageant contestants are young African women between the ages of 15 – 19 representing the 56 independent countries of Africa. The 2016 contestants will grace the stage in Evening wears, Choice of African attire symbolic of country of origin and Talent presentation.

Our panel of judges are great achievers and role models; they will assess the collective aspects of beauty, knowledge of culture, flow of speech, etiquette, aptitude and on their general knowledge of world.

The Event schedule is as follows: 

Saturday 10th December 2016 17:00 – Red carpet Entry and networking reception
18:00 – Opening of Show, introducing the judges, Introducing our chosen Charity ‘ Sickle cell’ and performance from the contestants. (To donate to the charity click here…)
18:30 – Contestant Showcase and Talent Presentation
19:00 – Teenovation Award Night

19:30 – Contestant Showcase Evening wear and interview Questions

20:00 – Entertainment (see our website for what is lined up)

20:30 – Final stage of pageant and crowning

21:00 – End of Show with interval to network and photo sessions with the contestants and the new Queen of Miss Teen Africa 2016.
