MISS TEEN AFRICA 2017 PAYS COURTESY CALL ON NIGERIAN HIGH COMMISSIONER

The newly crowned Miss Teen Africa  2016/17, Amirah Akpan of Nigeria paid a courtesy call on the Nigerian High Commissioner on Tuesday, the 13th of March 2018.

Present at the meeting were the High Commissioner, His Excellency, Ambassador George Oguntade, CFR, CON as well as the Ministers of Culture, Defence, Consular Services, and Information.

The courtesy call also includes the #1000Books Campaign presentation to the high commissioner. A campaign by Amirah Akapan to collect #1000books to donate to schools in Nigeria and also raise awareness about Education in Africa.

In summer 2018 Amirah will aim to visit Nigeria.
